To clarify Jen's comment.

When we were finding a title for the blog, Jen was cycling through the song titles on her iPod. "I don't want to die alone" was one of the titles—Matt thought this was pretty funny. I think we actually considered using that as the title, but then thought that some people who will find this blog via the invitations might not get it.

Anyway, that process ended with "Colony of two" which I think is an adaptation of a song title. But, Maybe Jen will correct me here.
